The achievement of the objectives is only possible by ensuring compliance of all activities of POL-NIL S.A. with the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, Good Distribution and Trade Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice.
The objectives set are to be achieved by the following measures:
- maintaining and improving the Quality Management System,
- meeting the requirements of customers by understanding their current and future needs, and to endeavor to go beyond their expectations,
- identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes taking place in organization,
- the involvement of all employees in quality issues by raising awareness that quality is created at every workplace and every employee is responsible for it,
- creating the conditions for the continuous improvement of the qualifications and skills of employees through their participation in professional trainings,
- continuous monitoring of quality system through management reviews and audits,
- systematic monitoring of the market, its needs and requirements,
- taking the right decisions based on analysis of data and information,
- conducting activities aimed at preventing the creation of nonconformities before they occur,
- cooperating with suppliers and subcontractors who fully meet our quality and timeliness requirements and to build with them a mutually beneficial relationship enhancing the ability of both parties to create value,
- comprehensive developing of the company and providing employees with satisfactory working conditions and wages for accurate fulfillment of their tasks.
The Management Board takes full responsibility for the enforcement of the Quality Policy, and assures that it is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization and dedicate the necessary measures to achieve the goals pursued.
